Product description
KB series air compressor widely used in pneumatic lock, pneumatic tool,tire inflation,blowing process,spray paint,sand blasting and fluidic element.
Features:
1.Strongly power-driven and big air end with design, the air compressor ouns bigger and heavier main parts than other products in the same trade with better selection and sufficient using of materials especially with main fittings. In addition,it is more suitable to be applied in the continous operation under heavy load for long working time with higher reliability and longer lifespan.
2.Special designed is made in heat emission and air flow,which leads to low air-output temperature and low possbility of carbon deposit.
3.composite ring valve is adopted in design.with the valve plate made of stainless steel from sweden and the spring of valve block made of special sring steel wire from japan with no bending motion in operation,the valve processes excellent prrperty and ideda life span index.
4.The piston ring imported from Japan is introduced in designing pistol ring,which is durable and sealable
5.Crankshaft undergoes high-frequency hardening ,which enbles it especially abrasion-proof.
6.Some relevant working units are receivec balance,which makes it more stable with lower noise.
7.Intercooler with high cooling capacity is designed to adapt to the relatively high pressure ratio of medium pressure air-compressor,which ensure the comparably low air exhaust temperature.
