We offer complete, high cost LG series rotary screw air compressors. They come configured as belt driven (7.5kW - 18.5kW), optional gear driven, direct driven (7.5kW - 250kW) with discharge pressure from 0.7Mpa to 1.3Mpa. Water-cooled and air-cooled units are available. PLC is a common feature for the LG series and is included in VSD packages.

The precision machined air ends increase the reliability and operating life.
The New, Highly Efficient SKK Rotors
SKK series rotor profiles originated in England but are owned by Kaishan Compressor. The newest design has evolved from previous generations to meet current market requirements - "Energy and cost efficiency with greater capacity".
Our rugged air end contains two rotors, the male rotor has four lobes and the female rotor has five flutes for compressors under 45kW and five male lobes and six female flutes rotors for compressors above 55kW. SKK rotors utilize larger bearings and larger slower turning rotors to produce more compressed air volume per kW. The clearance between rotors is far smaller compared to competitors and the smaller leak path creates a highly efficient lubricating film to reduce compression heat. Slower rotor speeds reduces the operating sound level and vibration.
