LG Variable Speed air compressors provide maximum efficiency with operating consis-
tency. Unlike the traditional “Auto-dual” and “Load/No load” control modes, LG VSD modulate the speed of the drive motor in response to system demand. This results in greater energy saving compared to a fixed speed compressor. Motor starting power surges are greatly reduced by VSD features. Delivery of more constant air pressure ex-tends valves life within the package.

Main Features
♦ Our single-stage rotary screw airend is engineered for its durability. Larger rotors allows for bigger bear-ings, 30%-50% slower rotor speeds results in less power consumption, lower sound levels and reduced maintenance cost .
♦ Our one piece bearing housing ensures both rotors are ridgely held by the bearings in proper alignment during transient periods such as machine startups/shutdowns or load changes.
♦ SKF bearings and SEALTECH bearing seals are utilized in all airends.
♦ All of our compressors have the latest inlet valve, airend air discharge port and oil inlet port design.
♦ Lower sound (dBA) emission level than most of our competitors results in less sound
pollution.
♦ The axial and rotational loadings are supported by different bearings for better stiff-ness and less transition noise.
♦ Simple package design requires only minimum maintenance for optimum perform-ance.
♦ Continuous cooling and circulation of lubricating oil, ensures long airend operating life.
Economic operation
The system adopts stepless capacity regulation of 0-100%. When the gas consumption is reduced, exhaust volume decreases, the motor current decreases at the same time; when no gas, air compressor run empty, empty for too long the automatic shutdown.
